Advance Business Specialists (ABS) was formed in 2006 through the acquisition of Wells & Associates as a provider of self-employment services delivered under the New Enterprise Incentive Scheme (NEIS) program and designed to help anyone who is unemployed to start their own business. Under this service we offer Business Management Training and Mentoring support to new business ventures.

As part of ABS's mission to provide Employment Services to meet the needs of Employers and Job-seekers alike we bought an established recruitment company in 2008 which now operates under the newly established name ABS Personnel.

Our aim is to offer cost effective services that are tailored to meet the personal and individual needs of each one of our clients.
